About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment of healthcare professionals. You will play a key role in coordinating the recruitment process, liaising with candidates and clients and ensuring full compliance for permanent healthcare.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and is willing to be a team player. This role is fast paced and would suit someone who is adaptable to change and enjoys working with others to achieve optimum results and high calibre staffing solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in line with GDPR and internal policies.
• Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
• Support candidate attraction via job boards and social media channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.).
• Any other duties as and when required
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal whilst always maintaining professional and well-functioning desk.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Excel.
• 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment or administrative support, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and job boards for candidate attraction.
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accurate documentation.
• Available to travel to client locations to support the recruitment process.
• Proven initiative demonstrating “outside the box” thinking when met with challenges to recruitment and ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Positive can-do attitude, welcoming challenges and approaches with positivity and competitiveness.
• Personal motivation & willingness to perform additional duties.
